Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding U.S. holidays).

Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping for orders under $100; Free shipping on orders over $100.

Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 4-8 business days via USPS, with an expedited option available in the dropdown box at checkout.

Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Packaging: Products are safely packed for transit. Please note that once opened mixers should be refrigerated and consumed within 2-4 weeks.

Returns

As an organic food product, we do not accept returns/exchanges unless there is damage or incorrect items sent, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the situation. You can contact us at hihello@ministryofbuzz.com.

Damages and Issues 

Please give your order a once over after receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it bueno.

If your product is damaged or defective, we’ll offer you an exchange or a refund. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
