Tokyo Sidewalk

Did you know in Japan, people will often leave water bottles by salarymen sleeping off a rough one on the sidewalk? This fate will never befall you with this Tokyo inspired mocktail.

• 4oz Seedlip "Grove 42" Non-Alcoholic Spirit
• 2oz Yuzu Lemon
• 2oz Sparkling Water
• Lemon Slice Garnish

Stir ingredients over ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon slice.
