The Rick Roll

It may feel like a bit of a bait and switch. How can a non-alcoholic drink bring this much pleasure with none of the pain? The world is mysterious friends, who knows what our culture is capable of?  

• 4oz Seedlip “Grove 42” Non-Alcoholic Spirit
• 2oz Lime Red Thai Chili
• 2oz Sparkling Water
• Lime Slice Garnish

Stir ingredients over ice, strain into a double rocks glass with ice and garnish with lime slice.
