THE ELDER GROVE

Once upon a time, Elder tree branches were hung over doors and windows to ward off witches, fairies, and thieves. That sounds like a lot of work, just drink this instead.

• 4oz Seedlip “Grove 42” Non-Alcoholic Spirit
• 2oz Elderflower Lemon 
• 2oz Cooled Black Tea
• 2oz Sparkling Water
• Lemon Slice Garnish

Add ingredients to a highball glass half-filled with ice, garnish with a lemon slice.
