There’s a special neighborhood in Mexico City, it’s full of life, art, music and beauty. Close your eyes, take a sip and be transported there in your mind. Actually, you won’t, you’ll still be wherever you are, but it’s fun to think about. 

• 4oz Seedlip “Spice 94” Non-Alcoholic Spirit
• 2oz Grapefruit Lime Chili
• 2oz Sparkling Water
• Tajin Spice Rim

Stir ingredients and pour over one large ice cube in a Tajin rimmed double rocks glass.
