The Don Pomelo
The Paloma was said to be invented by Don Javier Delgado Corona of La Capillian Tequila, Mexico. We honor his brilliance in this drink.
- 2 oz Tequila
- 2 oz Grapefruit Lime Chili
- 1 oz Sparkling Water
- Tajin Rim
- Lime Slice Garnish
Stir ingredients over ice, strain into a Tajin rimmed margarita glass with ice and garnish with a lime slice.
